Whether barley, oats, millet, corn, rice, rye, wheat or spelt, it transforms 100g of grain per minute into the finest flour. The corundum/ceramic millstones and a strong industrial motor ensure best results.
This unique mill chamber concept is the result of the latest scientific discoveries. It enables the smooth interaction of all the components and an agreeable operating volume, even in continuous operation. With all these advantages the HIKIKI [Fidibus 21] is still only 6.2 kilograms heavy.Received the highest rating among comparable grain mills by the German natural products magazine Oeko-Test.
Each mill is individually tested and receives the "Gepruefte Sicherheit" (German for tested reliability) seal of approval from the TUEV product services. The testing of the mills works settings is performed according to DIN 10765. The guaranty period of three years from the date of purchase gives you security. All mills are easily opened by hand and are simple to use and clean.

The Millstones
An extremely hard composite blend of ceramic and corundum materials. First developed by Wolfgang Mock, one of the KoMo millmeisters, in 1985, and now the European standard for whole grain mills. The materials are fused in a high temperature kiln, creating a rough-textured surface with many air pockets. The super-hard millstones grind flour and meal quickly and with a bare minimum of heat.
